May 9, 2014 - Superior Court Judge Timothy Frawley overruled the demurrers filed by California State Parks stating that PEER/ DPC's alleged facts are sufficient enough to constitute a cause of action for mandate based on https://ebaconline.com.br/copywriting State Parks alleged abuse of discretion in allowing an open riding policy.
Tierra Del Sol, CORVA and EcoLogic will immediately move to intervene in the case to defend open riding in the park.
